తెలంగాణలో మెగా డీఎస్సీకి నోటిఫికేషన్‌ విడుదలయ్యింది. 11,062 పోస్టుల భర్తీకి నోటిఫికేషన్‌ జారీ అయ్యింది. మార్చి 4 నుంచి ఏప్రిల్‌ 2 వ తేదీ వరకు ఆన్‌లైన్‌లో దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవచ్చు. అయితే గతంలో డీఎస్సీ కోసం దరఖాస్తు చేసుకున్న అభ్యర్థులు మళ్లీ కొత్తగా అప్లై చేసుకోవాల్సిన అవసరం లేదు.

గత డీఎస్సీ వాయిదా.. ఎందుకంటే?
గత ఏడాది సెప్టెంబర్‌ 6వ తేదీన 5,089 ఉపాధ్యాయ పోస్టుల భర్తీకి సంబంధించి డీఎస్సీ నోటిఫికేషన్‌ వెలువడింది. ఈ పోస్టులకు దాదాపు 1.75 లక్షల మంది దరఖాస్తు చేసుకున్నారు.

అయితే పరీక్షను నిర్వహించాలనుకున్న తేదీల్లోనే అసెంబ్లీ ఎన్నికల తేదీలు రావడంతో డీఎస్సీ పరీక్షను వాయిదా వేశారు. కాగా కొత్త ప్రభుత్వం 11,062 పోస్టుల భర్తీ చేపట్టాలని నిర్ణయించింది. దీన్ని దృష్టిలో ఉంచుకుని పాత నోటిఫికేషన్‌ను రద్దు చేస్తున్నట్టు పాఠశాల విద్యాశాఖ తెలిపింది. గత డీఎస్సీ కోసం దరఖాస్తు చేసిన అభ్యర్థులు తిరిగి దరఖాస్తు చేయాల్సిన అవసరం లేదని బుధవారం నాటి ప్రకటనలో స్పష్టం చేసింది.

TS DSC Notification 2024 with 11062 Posts

The Education Department has put forward a request for 11,062 teacher positions, receiving approval from the Finance Department. Originally scheduled for release on Wednesday, the notification has been delayed slightly due to final adjustments needed in the software design.

TS DSC Notification 2024 Overview

Examinations will be conducted to appoint individuals for roles such as School Assistants (SA), Language Pandits (LP), Secondary Grade Teachers (SGT), Physical Education Teachers, and Special Education Teachers across Primary and Upper Primary/Secondary Levels.

Assistant under Government and Local body schools in the State through DSC-
2024.

1. The Government vide G.O.Ms.No.96, Finance (HRM-VII) Department, Dated
25.08.2023 have permitted to fill up teaching posts of (5089) teacher posts under
various categories i.e., SAs, SGTs, LPs & PETs under Government and Local body
schools in the State. Further, Government vide G.O Ms. No. 25 School Education
(Ser.II) Dept., Dt. 05.09.2023 have issued Rules for Telangana Direct Recruitment for
the posts of Teachers (Scheme of Selection) Rules, 2023.

2. Accordingly, the Commissioner, School Education, Telangana, Hyderabad has issued
DSC-2023 Notification No. 20/RC-1/TRT/DSC/2023, Dated 06.09.2023 for above
(5089) teacher posts.

3. Meanwhile, Government vide G.O.Ms No. 27 Finance (HRM.VII) Department, Dated:
26.02.2024 have also permitted to fill up (4957) Direct Recruitment teacher posts
under various categories in Government and Local Body Schools in the State and also
vide G.O.Ms.No.26, Finance (HRM.VII) Department, Dated 26.02.2024 have permitted
to fill up (796) Special Education Teachers in Primary Level and (220) Special
Education Teachers in Upper Primary/Secondary Level in Government and Local Body
Schools in the State totaling to (11062) Direct Recruitment posts for DSC-2024.
4. In view of the above, Government of Telangana have decided to cancel the teacher
recruitment of DSC-2023 Notification No. 20/RC-1/DSC/TRT/2023, Dated:
06.09.2023 for (5089) vacancies. Accordingly notification is hereby cancelled for
issuing a comprehensive fresh notification.

5. All the candidates who have applied in response to the above notification are hereby
informed that their applications will be automatically carried forward in the fresh
notification. They need not apply again.

6. Further, the Government vide G.O.Ms. No.1, School Education (Ser.III) Dept., Dt.
28.02.2024 have issued amendment orders to the Rules issued in G.O.Ms.No.25
School Education (Ser.II) Dept., Dated 05.09.2023 for Telangana Direct Recruitment
for the posts of Teachers (Scheme of Selection) Rules, 2023. The Government have
issued G.O.Ms.No.4, School Education (Ser.III) Dept., Dt. 28.02.2024 for Telangana
Direct Recruitment (Scheme of Selection Rules, 2024) to the posts of Special Education
Teachers in Primary Level and Special Education Teachers in Upper Primary/Secondary
Level under Government and Local Body Schools in the State.
7. In pursuance to the above Government orders, applications are invited Online through
the prescribed application to be made available on website
(https://schooledu.telangana.gov.in) from 04.03.2024 to 02.04.2024 for
recruitment to the posts of SAs, SGTs, LPs, PETs and Special Education Teachers in
Primary Level and Special Education Teachers in Upper Primary/Secondary Level in

Government and Local Body Schools in the State through District Selection Committee-
2024 for (11062) posts in all categories.

9. The applicants are required to carefully go through the Information Bulletin and should
satisfy themselves as to their eligibility for this Recruitment, before payment of fee
and submission of application. The Information Bulletin will be available on website
(https://schooledu.telangana.gov.in) from 04.03.2024 which can be downloaded
free of cost.
10. (a) Fee – The fee to be paid towards application processing and written test is
Rs.1000/- per post. Candidates intending to appear for multiple posts shall pay the
fee of Rs.1000/- separately for each post and submit separate applications for each
of the post applying for.

14. AGE: i) The candidates should possess the Minimum 18 years & Maximum 46 years.
The age is reckoned as on 01/07/2023 (Rule-12(1)(a)(v) of State and Subordinate
Service Rules).

3. The applicants have to pay a fee of Rs.1000/- for each post
separately towards application processing fee and conduct of
Computer Based Test (CBT). Fee can be paid through

11. Rule of Reservation:

a. The rule of reservation to local candidates is applicable
and the provisions of Telangana Public Employment
(OLC&RDR) Order (Presidential Order) G.O.Ms.No.124

G.A. (SPF-MC) Dept., Dt.30.08.2018 and amendments
there to issued from time to time will be followed
strictly.
b. The rule of special representation in the matter of
appointment of candidates belonging to Scheduled
Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Classes,
Physically Challenged, Ex-Servicemen and women is
applicable as per Rule 22 of the Telangana State and
Subordinate Service Rules 1996 as amended from
time to time.
c. The rules issued from time to time by the
Department of Disabled Welfare shall be followed in
respect of special representation for differently abled
(Physically challenged) persons.
Note: As per the Rights of Persons with
Disabilities Act, 2016 (RPWD Act) the Hearing
impaired candidate’s minimum percentage is
40% instead of 75% for selection.
b. The reservation to Meritorious Sports Person is
applicable as per the amendments made to State and
Subordinate Service Rules as per G.O.Ms.No.107,
General Administration (Ser.D) Dept., Dt. 27-07-2018
that is in Rule-2, for sub-Rule (20) and in Rule-22 (i) in
sub-Rule (2), for Class-D. In implementing the
reservation to Meritorious Sports Person as per G.O.
Ms. No.05 YAT&C(Sports) Department, Dt.
14/05/2018, or as may be revised by the Government
from time to time shall be followed.

12. METHOD OF RECRUITMENT:

The Recruitment shall be through a selection process
consisting of Written Test and other criteria stipulated by the
Government from time to time.
i. For School Assistants (SAs), Secondary Grade
Teachers (SGTs) and Language Pandits (LPs) the
total marks shall be 100, out of which 80 marks shall be
for the Written Test (DSC-2023) and remaining 20
marks (20%) Weightage for Marks obtained in TSTET /
APTET / CTET. In case of APTET, scores obtained before
the appointed day i.e., 02-06-2014 shall only be

considered.
ii. Fo r School Assistant (Physical Education) and
Physical Education Teachers (PETs) the total marks
of 100 shall be for the written test.
iii. Recruitment will be purely based on merit cum roster
system as per the existing provisions being adopted by
Government of Telangana.

13.ELIGIBILITY:-
(i) EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
a) A candidate for selection to the posts of Teachers shall
fully possess the academic and professional/ training
qualifications as mentioned as per G.O. Ms No. 25,
School Education(Ser.III), Department, Dated:
05.09.2023.
b) Provided further that the candidates who are pursuing
final year or final semester (as the case may be) of the
required qualification are also eligible to apply for the
posts concerned duly submitting the details of such
examination in the online application and get qualified
in the said examination as on date of verification of
certificates to be notified by the Director of School
Education.
c) Must possess Intermediate Certificate issued by the
Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana (or) other
equivalent certificates recognized by Board of
Intermediate Education, Government of Telangana.
d) Must possess Academic degrees of Universities
recognized by University Grants Commission (UGC).
e) Teacher Education Courses recognized by National
Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).
f) The Applicants who have obtained requisite Degrees
through Open Universities / Distance Education mode
are required to have recognition by the University
Grants Commission / AICTE / Distance Education
Bureau as the case may be. Unless such Degrees have
been recognised by the relevant Statutory Authority,
they will not be accepted for purpose of Educational
Qualification vide its Public Notice No. F.27-1/2012

(CPP-II), Dt. 27/06/2013. (A university established or
incorporated by or under a State act shall operate only
within the territorial jurisdiction allotted to it under its
Act and in no case beyond the territory of the State of
its location). The onus of proof of recognition by the
relevant Statutory Authority that their Degrees /
Universities have been recognised rests with the
candidate.
g) Special Education Courses recognized by
Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
(ii) QUALIFICATIONS – POST WISE:
I. School Assistants:-
A. School Assistant (Mathematics):-
i. Must possess a Graduate / Post Graduate Degree in
Mathematics (or its allied subjects as given in the
Annexure to this G.O.) from a University recognised by
UGC with 50% marks in either Graduation or Post
Graduation (In case of SC / ST / BC / Differently abled
candidates, the minimum marks shall be 45%) and Pass in
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) / Special Education in B.Ed.
course with Mathematics as a Methodology subject from
any institution recognized by NCTE.

OR

ii. Must possess a 4-year B.A.B.Ed. / B.Sc.B.Ed. Integrated
degree with at least 50% marks (In case of SC / ST / BC /
Differently abled candidates, the minimum marks shall be
45%) with Mathematics as a Methodology from any
institution recognised by NCTE.
AND

Pass in Paper-II of Telangana State Eligibility Test (TSTET)
/ Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (APTET) / Central
Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) with Mathematics and
Science as Optional.
B. School Assistants (Physical Science):-
i. Must possess a Graduate’s Degree with any two of the
following subjects as optionals i.e. Physics (or its allied

to this G.O.) from a University recognised by UGC with
50% marks in either Graduation or Post Graduation (In
case of SC / ST / BC / Differently abled candidates, the

Physical Science / Physics / Chemistry / Science as a
Methodology subject from any institution recognised by
